Because even though we would love for every person in our industry to do business with us, not every person needs the same thing at the same time for the same reason. To effectively and efficiently reach the right customer, we have to know who that customer is. We have to know their likes and dislikes, needs and wants, and their favorite movie and song. We have to know what makes them tick, and what ticks them off.
